Class Description

Classes are designed for all age groups. Objective of the classes are to improve mobility, flexibility and stability. The classes also aim to increase strength and stamina. There are a variety of classes offered over the week as shown below: Schedule for May 2021 MONDAY: 6:30pm Cardio Pilates TUESDAY: 7:30am Pilates & Yoga (PiYo) WEDNESDAY: 6:30pm Chair/Stool Pilates THURSDAY: 7:30pm Power Yoga FRIDAY: 6pm BLT with Sliding Discs SATURDAY: 3:45pm Vinyasa Flow SUNDAY: 7.30am Tabata (Low / Medium Intensity) SUNDAY: 3:45pm Restorative Yoga
