Class Description

In my Kundalini Yoga (KY) class, we work on our posture and alignment, various pranayama exercises, physical kriyas and meditation. The kriyas are designed to clear specific physical and emotional blocks, bringing us to a state of stillness for meditation and deep relaxation to rest and de-stress. The class duration will be for 90 minutes.
