Class Description

This is a 75-min online class that includes breathwork (pranayama) mantra, music, yoga asana (kriyas), meditation and deep relaxation. Each class is anchored to a theme to give us added perspective and focus in our practice. This theme changes weekly. Sometimes we dance, often we sing and always do we have fun. These classes are suitable for everyone, from absolute first-timers to seasoned practitioners. All are welcome.
