Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Laughter Yoga Leader & Pranic Healer

My teaching focuses on the theme of Breathing, Movement, Stillness and Relaxation.

My typical Kundalini Yoga (KY) class comprise a set of postures, breathwork, meditation, chanting of mantras and relaxation - all integrated to clear blocks and to manifest a particular state. KY awakens us to the power of internal energy and leads us to an expansive spiritual awakening within, so we consciously live, love and grow in the present moment.

In my Laughter Yoga (LY) class, we go through a process of remembering our innate self and child-like playfulness, so we can claim our birthright of being happy and igniting the joy within. We do laughter exercises where we breathe, move, dance, sing, laugh and meditate. After all, laughter is the best medicine.

I also speak at public events and work closely to engage and empower women and youth in various communities. During these sessions, I share self-care tools to help release unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs, old patterns and conditioning, so we can embrace our authenticity and bring back joy into our lives.
