Kundalini Yoga Teacher

I started practising kundalini yoga in 2010. I took my teachers training in 2015 and I have made this practice a core part of my daily life. I enjoy sharing these teachings especially with working and corporate women who are looking to find greater balance and mental peace as they juggle through their responsibilities.
