Hi, I am a fitness enthusiast. I love exercising. I love yoga, pilates and running. I love coffee too! I was a ballet and modern dancer at an early age. I started conducting aerobics classes and incorporated pilates and yoga thereafter. It is a joy and an honoured opportunity for me to share my knowledge and experience with you. I feel extremely grateful and happy when I see my students improve, not only their body, but also their wellbeing.
